Andreas Plum, Founder & Executive Director
More than 20 years running hotels and residences, now focused on branded real estate.
Background
Andreas has spent more than 20 years on the operating side of hospitality, nearly 18 of them with two of the world's largest hotel groups. As general manager, he has run hotels and serviced apartments across every segment, from budget to ultra-luxury, and from urban mixed-use towers to resort destinations, and he has led residential operations for an integrated coastal resort.
He introduced three international hotel brands to the Middle East, and in destination development he led more than 10 luxury hospitality projects, from small independent properties to large-scale developments.
He founded twenty5zero5 in 2020 as a hospitality and destination strategy advisory. Branded residences became part of the work in 2022, and since 2025 they have been the firm's main focus. He has worked as an advisor, on secondment inside client organisations, as an in-house expert and on project mandates, and has negotiated branded residential and hotel agreements from every side of the table: brand, operator, developer and owner.
