For hotels, we deliver fractional GM leadership, repositioning, asset management, and pre-opening planning across the GCC and Europe. We run turnarounds for underperforming properties, manage brand transitions, and represent owners in their relationships with hotel management companies. The work is hands-on: we operate, not just advise.
